Sopa de tortilla was too spicy for 4 out of the 5 people that tried it shy on the panela cheese and chicharron but great flavour... I liked having the option of quesadillas for our youngest. “ We were there for an early dinner on a Monday at 3 pm, and it was quite empty. Based on the many comfortable chairs at the entrance, and a companion's experience, line ups can be expected on weekends and peak times. The setting consists of a central open space with a playground, fountains with a small elevated water feature designed for child play, and seating for dining surrounded by a large open covered area with more seating. The food was excellent and service was accommodating and friendly. There is also a small covered area with friendly farm animals called la granja. Close to our table was a friendly rooster and hen wandering around the greenery behind the tables. This has been our best dining experience in Cholula so far. ”
